ABOUT

Inci Kangal Özgür was born in Ankara in 1986. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College. She graduated from Yeditepe University's Fashion and Textile Design Department, ranking third place. She received her MFA degree from University of Washington in Seattle on Costume Design. She was accepted to the program with a scholarship. In the last year of her education, she assisted Tony Award winner Martin Pakledinaz on Broadway.

Since 2010, she has designed costumes of several movies, TV series, commercials and more than 50 theater plays. In addition to her freelance work, Özgür has been working as a lecturer at Bilgi University and has been running her vintage clothing store "Kulis Vintage".
